Wedding Planners bring the vision of brides and grooms to life by planning, organizing and overseeing all aspects of the wedding ceremony, reception, and often the honeymoon. They ensure that the preparation, as well as the execution, of the couple’s big day goes smoothly and that the newlyweds are satisfied with the results. Wedding Planners are very much like general contractors. They work with clients to create a plan of action and they are responsible for acquiring the necessary vendors, such as caterers, florists, etc.
On the Day Co-ordination
On the wedding day, the main role of the On-Day Coordinator is to ensure that your plans are carried out smoothly and to discreetly handle any problems that may occur. This also means you can arrive to a perfectly set up ceremony and reception, since your coordinator will have already arrived in advance to make sure it is set up properly. They are also the liaison with the venue, food manager, decorators, MC, DJ, photographer and parents; they pull the pieces of the puzzle together.
Our team will take care of all décor elements of the wedding, for example setting up of all linen, glassware, cutlery and other smaller details. Our team will be put together according to the planned décor set-up for your special day.
Our team will put together all standard floral arrangements for the day such as Hand Bouquets, Boutonnieres, Confetti, and Large Floral Arrangements for the ceremony and centrepieces for the reception. If you have other arrangements to be done, we will cost accordingly.
Personalise your wedding with custom designed stationery to incorporate the style and feel of your wedding. Our designer will assist you throughout the process, starting with your Save the Date, Invitations, leading to the On the Day Stationery.
This service can be provided in a full package which includes a mobile bar, stock, glasses and staff; or we can create custom packages that suit your specific needs for an event. Additionally we also offer a cocktail corner for a more sophisticated event and an Irish coffee station for those cold wintery nights.
We pride ourselves in making use of only the best staff – those who are energetic enough to pull a double shift, but mature enough to deal with any problem at hand. We provide basic training before hand, but we also have facilitators who can train staff for more specific tasks required at the event.
